JOIN "ORI LOTUS YOGA" PATREON COMMUNITY TO SAVE ON CLASSES

Bring yoga blocks and a yoga strap if you have them. Highly recommended yoga props to invest in for your practice. Visit TJ Maxx, Amazon, of Walmart.

Class is EVERY Wednesday at 7pm.

All levels welcome. Class is very slow and relaxing. Most poses are done on the ground.
