Our 60-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is an invitation to explore those layers and understand not only what we teach, but why.
Through Body — Meridians — Energy, you’ll dive into functional anatomy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and meridian theory, intentional sequencing, meditation, breathwork, fascia and myofascial release, and the art of guiding students through a meaningful Yin experience.
You’ll explore Yin foundations and philosophy, functional anatomy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and meridian theory, intentional sequencing, meditation, breathwork, fascia and myofascial release, and how to confidently lead safe, meaningful Yin classes for a wide range of bodies.
