Join me and Allison Lubben for another special evening of Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Reiki at Shantiful.

Our first one was such a beautiful experience that we knew we had to bring it back.

As Allison guides you through a slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice, I’ll weave sound healing and Reiki throughout the experience, creating an immersive evening designed to help you slow down, get out of your head, and settle into your body.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice with longer-held postures that give your body time to soften and your mind a chance to quiet down. Add the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and other Sound Healing instruments, with Reiki woven in toward the end, and you have space to get out of your head, let go of the mental load, and come back to yourself.

No yoga experience or flexibility required.
