Join me and Allison Lubben for another special evening of Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Reiki at Shantiful.
Our first one was such a beautiful experience that we knew we had to bring it back.
As Allison guides you through a slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice, I’ll weave sound healing and Reiki throughout the experience, creating an immersive evening designed to help you slow down, get out of your head, and settle into your body.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice with longer-held postures that give you time to settle and let your body soften. Add the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, along with Reiki toward the end of the practice, and you have a pretty damn good excuse to do absolutely nothing for a while.
No yoga experience or flexibility required.
