Yin Yoga, Sound Bath, & Cacao

Join us for a beautiful evening with guest instructor Adelie LaViola for a relaxing and rejuvenating Yin Yoga class, while Charlie sets the mood for healing with crystal bowls, flutes, drums, gongs, and of course his powerful voice.

The process will begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, a truly magickal experience when facilitated by high level initiates. We look forward to sharing this powerful evening with the community.
