Join us for a transformative evening of Yin Yoga, Reiki, and Sound.About this Event
Sharon will guide you through a relaxing Yin Yoga practice while she gives each one of you the gift of Reiki. Kelly will bathe you in the beautiful vibrations of Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Chimes and Drums. Your soul will be restored and renewed. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle and a bolster or yoga blocks.
