Welcome to Yin Yoga in Absalon every Monday 10.30 am and Friday 2.00 pm with Naomi.In this class, we stay in the poses longer and we are close to the ground. When we gain stillness in the different poses we allow our mind to unwind and our bodies to let go of our daily stressors.
Yin Yoga is a quiet class compared to for example Vinyasa yoga, and at first it might seem like not much is happening, but this is exactly what makes the practice a beautiful balance to our usually active state of being. A nice way to start the week or the weekend.
Everyone can join and the poses and be adjusted to different levels.
