Join this 60-minute yin yoga class to stretch and lengthen your body's deep connective tissues.
About this Event

Yin Yoga is both a gentle and stimulating practice. It targets connective tissue, specifically ligaments and tendons, in the joints and spine. Over time, practice of yin yoga can lengthen these tissues, increasing range of motion. Yin poses are passive and are held for an extended period of time (usually 3-5 minutes). Suitable for all levels.

Class will meet at Prevail Strength x Movement in Cincinnati, Ohio. Free parking is available.

Jessica Kirschner is the founder and owner of Mindful Modern Living LLC. Her love for people, education, movement, art, and nature is what fuels her life with focus and passion. She believes that social change begins on the local and individual level. In order to affect the larger community, we must first develop ourselves into individuals who are committed to understanding others, so that we can be of greater service. Jessica believes living a curious, active, healthy, and compassionate lifestyle has an extraordinary benefit on this development.
