Gentle Yin yoga + Gong bath with crystal bowls. 1 hour lying comfortably, few gentle poses and breathing techniques whilst bathed in sound.Join Paola, one of volunteer teachers, for this monthly restorative community Sunday session.
Note concessions are available via Cleria at Vida Active gym where this event is held.
Bring a pillow and warm socks this type of restorative yoga (Yin) is mostly lying down.
VIDA ACTIVE is next to the COOP by bus stop.
Please arrive 15 min before class.
