Join Find Your Light Healing and Yoga Instructor Katrinna for a restorative and grounding experience that will nurture your natural bodies transformation from Winter to Spring with a Yin Yoga Flow!

Start your morning with an outdoor experience at Pioneer Park! Please be on time at 10am!

As we make the shift into Spring, (Spring equinox is 3/20!), we will hold space for our bodies to ground & move energy that will leave you inspired and recharged!
