Join Chelsey in City Park for an extended Yin Yoga practice that is paired with topicals and beverages.About this Event
Chelsey is bringing her Yin experience to the great outdoors. We will explore 90 min of yin yoga with slow movements and a focus on the breath. Drop in price includes topicals and a beverage.
Class will be held under the canopy of Live Oak trees behind the Children's museum and the practice track located on Palm Drive in City Park.
Bring your own yoga mat and any other props you may want.
