Accessible Pace: There are no complex flows or balancing acts. We stay low to the ground and hold poses longer, giving you time to learn your bodyâs boundaries.
Mental Reset: Itâs a great introduction to mindfulness, helping you quiet the "chatter" of a busy mind.
Foundation Building: It safely prepares your joints and connective tissues for more active styles of yoga.
đ„Seasoned Yogi:
The "Other Half" of Practice: Your "Yang" (power/vinyasa) practice builds muscle, but Yin targets the deep fascia and ligaments that active yoga canât reach.
Increased Range of Motion: Holding deep stretches for 3â5 minutes helps break up stagnant tissue, leading to more "opening" in your advanced poses.
Patience & Endurance: It challenges you to find stillness in discomfort, deepening your meditative capacity.
