Enjoy a gentle Yin Yoga practice while you immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a live sound healing by Benina with Elevated Energy Healing and Yin Yoga by Maranda with Inspire Wonder.
Our series explores the Chakras, beginning at the Root and moving upward, with each month devoted to a different chakra. Interwoven throughout the journey, we’ll also honor the powerful seasonal energies of the Fall Equinox, Winter Solstice, and other soul-nourishing themes.

Sink into the soothing melodies of crystal bowls, gongs, monochord, chimes, harps, and more. Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues, offering the perfect opportunity to slow down, release tension, and build resilience in your body. Let the sound vibrations wash over you, clearing stagnant energy and leaving you refreshed in body, heart, and mind.
Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring yours if you prefer. Bring a pillow for the sound bath.
Dress comfortably in layers.
Arrive by 6:15 pm to settle in for the experience.
6:25-7:25pm - Yin Yoga with Sound Bath
7:25-7:45pm - Sound Healing in stillness - extended shavasana
