This is not a sweaty yoga class ;) However, the more active you are, the more essential Yin Yoga will be for your life. Yin is more about what you can let go of. It is slow, mindful, meditative and often supported by props, so it is a perfect antidote to tension, daily activities, stress, anxiety, pain, high blood pressure, and a long, long list of other symptoms and conditions. As a body worker, I am happy to help you find suggestions and individualized practices to supplement your life.
