Whether you plan on integrating Yin poses into your own practice and/or you plan on sharing Yin Yoga with others, this training is for you!We will learn about the philosophy and benefits behind Yin Yoga, as well as relevant background information that will increase your knowledge and skill within this specialty.
In this training you will learn:
- Yin and Yang Theory
- Intro to Element Theory
- The Meridian System in Yin Yoga
- Yin Yoga Sequences
- Usage of Props
- Anatomy considerations and modifications in Yin Yoga
- Sequencing considerations

Schedule:
Saturday 10am-5pm
Sunday 10am-4pm
Counts as a weekend module for the OIC 300 Hour and/or as 20 Yoga Alliance CEUs.
