Yin Yoga Certification

Join us for a comprehensive 10-hour, 2-day training designed for yoga teachers and practitioners interested in exploring mindfulness-based Yin Yoga. Whether you're looking to enrich your teaching repertoire or deepen your personal practice, this training thoroughly explores Yin Yoga theory, asana alignment, and anatomical considerations. Led by Tiffany Pridgen and Leah M Ward, seasoned instructors in Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy, you'll gain practical skills to enhance your connection to self and others through this meditative practice.

This program is Yoga Alliance Certified and qualifies for 10 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Bolsters and blocks are provided at the studio, though please bring a light blanket or beach towel for added comfort.
