Friday evening. The week is behind you.You step into Healing Home — incense drifts through the air, soft aromas calm the senses, gentle light projections play across the walls.
On the mat, Yin yoga invites you to let go — long, deep stretches, stillness, breath, release.
And then… the sound bath begins.
Tibetan bowls. Koshi chimes. Crystal bowls. Angelic harp. Rainstick. Ocean dub. Subtle electronic frequencies weaving through.
