Weekly Yin Yoga with KateSlow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in this deeply nourishing Yin Yoga class, held each Saturday morning in the serene EVOLve Studio, nestled at the back of Greenstone Retreat.
These intimate sessions are intentionally small, allowing Kate to tailor each class to those attending — whether you’re a complete beginner, managing injuries, or looking to support specific areas of inflexibility. The whole class is floor based, and supported with blankets, cushions and bolsters.
Each class blends long, supported holds (around 3 minutes) to release tension from the joints and fascia, increasing long-term flexibility.
To guide you inwards Kate will share affirmations, metaphysical guidance, and gentle philosophy.
Breathwork and soothing voice guidance to quiet the mind , release stress and balance the nervous system.
Sound healing with crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, drum and flute will deepen your relaxation and support your meditation.
Energy alignment through focus on meridians, nadis, and chakras.
Yin Yoga is a beautiful practice for mental health, helping ease anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm by bringing us fully into the present moment.
Each week offers reflection — inviting you to explore emotional holding patterns in the body, open to new realisations, and cultivate inner balance and peace and to slow down to recharge.
Join our beautiful, supportive community and give yourself the gift of stillness, awareness, and gentle transformation.
All levels welcome. Mats and props provided, however bringing your own mat and blanket can add additional comfort.
$20 per class or bulk class pass options, or energy exchange available. Cash preferred to keep it alive.
