Join me, Nesli, for a serene and deeply relaxing Sunrise Yin Yoga & Sound Bath experience on the beautiful shores of Miami Beach. As you settle into each Yin Yoga pose, healing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls and chimes will guide you into deeper relaxation and mental clarity.

What to Bring:

• A towel to lay on using the sand's cushoning instead of a mat
• Comfortable clothing suitable for yin poses, no tight leggings
• Water to dehydrate

If we do not reach the minimum signup count, the event will be cancelled and you will be notified. Please make sure to RSVP in advance, as last-minute walk-ins cannot be accommodated. • Rain Policy: If mother nature showers us with rain, the event will be rescheduled. No refunds. If there is more than 50% chance 1 hour before the event, the event will be postponed. Your ticket will be honored for the rescheduled date.
