Join Me for a Weekly Yin Yoga & Sound Bath at Salt Vault Ascension Center in Colorado Springs this August — Tuesdays at 7 PM MTGround your energy and soothe your nervous system with this deeply restorative 60-minute Yin Yoga and Sound Bath experience, offered every Tuesday evening in August live at Salt Vault Ascension Center in Colorado Springs.
This class is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your body, mind, and breath. We'll begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice designed to open the body through long-held passive postures, followed by a meditative sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments to help you drop into deep relaxation.
Whether you're seeking stillness, stress relief, or a moment to reconnect, this weekly offering is a nourishing reset amidst the busyness of life. Come as you are — this class is open to all levels and no experience is needed.
What You’ll Need:
Bring a yoga mat, cozy props (like blankets, bolsters, or pillows - we have some available but bring your favs), and anything that will help you feel supported. Optional: eye pillow, water bottle, or journal for post-class reflection.
Energize and align with this intentional event. Sound bowls and yin poses will be strategically designed for chakra balancing.
