The Winter Solstice is known as a meaningful time for intention-setting. Many of the traditional rituals honor the energy of rebirth, transformation, creativity, new beginnings, and the release of unwanted habits. During the Winter Solstice, we focus on what we would like to bring forth with the return of the light and our hopes and dreams for our highest expression.
Join myself, Camillea Dean of Earthly Haven Holistic Healing and Liz Fay from Fay’s Empathic & Divine Healing for a transformative Yin Yoga/Sound Bath mergence.
Camillea will guide participants through a beautifully tranquil and gentle Yin Yoga class, while Liz plays softly in the background.
Yin Yoga is such a perfect modality for the winter solstice as it activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
All the while as Liz plays softly in the background bringing deep relaxation, heightened awareness and vibrational holistic healing.
Once the yoga session is complete lay back and let Liz guide you deeper into a tranquil state, allowing your mind, body and soul to release anything that no longer serves your highest good, while setting intentions for the new bright year ahead.
