Join us for a peaceful and rejuvenating yoga and meditation class amidst the beautiful surroundings of Hoyt Arboretum. This outdoor class is a partnership between prAna Portland and Hoyt Arboretum, led by Tessa Tovar. Tessa will guide participants through a series of gentle Yin Yoga postures that will help release tension and increase flexibility in the body. We will hold postures for several minutes each, allowing for a deep stretch and release of connective tissues in the body. Tessa will also guide participants through meditation to connect with the breath and experience a deep sense of relaxation.
