Move Forward, Let Go
Grounded Forward Movement - Tuning the Knees
What if you could move forward without forcing the next step?
What if letting go created the space you need to continue your journey?
The knees support our ability to move, bend, adapt, and respond to the path in front of us. In Biofield Anatomy, each knee carries a different aspect of our relationship with forward movement.
The right knee is connected with the challenges we experience as we try to move ahead: confusion about which direction to take, obstacles appearing in our path, and the feeling that something is preventing us from progressing.
The left knee reflects our relationship with attachment and letting go. It may hold the energy of people, experiences, expectations, or familiar patterns that we are not yet ready to release—even when part of us knows it is time to move on.
When energy around the knees feels congested or blocked, we may feel stuck between holding on and moving forward. We may want change, yet struggle to trust the path ahead or release what has already completed its purpose in our lives.
In this workshop, we’ll gently clear the energetic field around both knees using tuning forks, creating space for greater clarity, flexibility, and ease in the way we move through life.
Through Yin Yoga, we’ll bring mindful attention to the hips, thighs, legs, knees, and feet—softening tension, supporting mobility, and creating a grounded foundation for movement and release.
What if you could honour what has been while still allowing yourself to move forward?
What if your next step felt grounded, clear, and free from the weight of what you no longer need to carry?
Join us to release attachment, move through inner and outer obstacles, and reconnect with a steadier, more grounded way of moving forward.
Can’t make it in person? Join us online via Zoom from the comfort of your home.
