We are very excited to announce our Move to Art mini retreat!A mini retreat where we combine yin yoga (with a bit of movement) and art. This time the theme is 'flow'.
You don't need to be an artist to create.
Neither a flexible yogi to move.
Do you want to create, but you don't know where to start?
Or is your mind telling you that this is hard?
Join us in this joyful mini-retreat!
We will create freely without expectations, inspired by yogaposes.
And we will move just because the fun of it!
We will start with a short playful yoga sequence in the beautiful attick, to connect with and loosen up the body & mind.
Followed by an art class in the cosy 'Huiskamer' downstairs. The art class will be guided by Hester who works as an art- and yogateacher. Ilse will guide us through the yoga sequence.
Depending ont the theme you will learn how to create with charcoal, ink and watercolour, templates, acryl and so on. Each mini retreat will be different.
One thing is for sure, you will go home with your own unique piece of art!
Feeling inspired, refreshed and alive!
All of this in a beautiful farm amongst horses, sheep and birds,
yet in de midst of Amsterdam (Westerpark).
Let's shake things loose, move things up and create!

Including: Art and yoga materials - Tea - Snacks
Language: Dutch or English, depending on the participants
Make sure you are wearing warm and comfortable clothes.
All levels are welcome to join!
We will teach in small groups, max. 10 spots, which gives us space to provide extra guidance.
