Mats are not needed as mattresses will be provided for you. This beautiful offering like all Solar Power Health events will open in sacred circle and be tailored specifically for you. No Yoga experience is necessary for this event.

Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle. I also recommend bringing a little tea thermos, as I always have wildcrafted herbal tea available. You will receive an email from me with directions to access our studio. Please keep an eye out close to the event.
