Yin Yoga and Gong Bath
Join us for a relaxing and restorative session of Yin Yoga followed by a soothing Gong Bath. This in-person event is perfect for melting stress away and tuning into your inner calm. Expect gentle poses, deep stretches, and the mesmerizing sounds of gong vibrations and Tibetan singing bowls to help you unwind and recharge. Come as you are, no expectations. All are welcome.
No need to bring any yoga equipment.All mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are provided.
Advice:
- Bring a water bottle
- Wear comfortable loose clothing you can stretch and move gently in
- Bring a journal and pen for reflections
- Come with an open heart and open mind
Please arrive on time. Due to venue space constraints we will be prompt with starting and ending. You can arrive five minutes early, or earlier in wait in the Buddhist centre foye.
About you facilitators:
Dr Charlotte Bamber is a western trained Doctor and psychotherapist passionate about mental and physical health and wellbeing. She has been teaching Yoga for 10 years. She trained with London's renouned Yin teach Norman Blair. SHe creates a calming nurturing space for you to relax, become aware of parts of yourself that may have been neglected and are in need of attention, love and compassion. She is a Bhakti practitioner and weaves mind, body soul spiritual philosophy into her workshops in a tangeable relatable way.
Adrian Davies
Adrian is an expert meditator, teacher and gong bath facilitator. He loves to create a mindful space for others to let go, to heal, to re-set their nervous systems using sound vibrations. He draws upon his years of meditation experience to cultivate a zen like space in which attendees feel completely comfrotable and relaxed to explore their inner states within a safe container. He enjoys bringing vocals into his workshops, to cultivate a sense of connectedness and empower each individual to use their voice to facilitate energy clearing within them.
Charlotte and Adrian have known each other for over 10 years and have been working collaboratively to share what they are both most passionate about. Helping others along their spiritual and healing journeys. Their collective experience and combined space holding offers something unique.
