This unique workshop will combine the gentle stretching and stress-relieving postures of Yin Yoga with the immersive soundscapes, creating a powerful experience for your mind, body, and spirit.
As you hold passive Yin Yoga poses for extended periods, Sevika will guide you inward, allowing you to release tension and cultivate deep relaxation. The soothing sounds of crystal bowl, harmonium and voice will wash over you, further quieting your mind and promoting emotional well-being.

About Sevika
Sevika (Kathleen) Radecki has been creating peace & joy in the world through Music, Yoga, and Spiritual Astrology since 1999. In 2024, Sevika celebrates 20 years as a yoga teacher!
Sevika began practicing yoga as a young adult in college, then became a certified 200-hr yoga instructor in 2004, through Integral Yoga and the teaching of Swami Satchidananda. In 2016, she completed her 300-hr Ayurveda and Yoga teacher certificate, through Hamsa Yoga and Dr. Vasant Lad's lineage. In 2023, she took her second pilgrimage to India. Here she became a certified Integral Yogini, under the guidance of Sri Aurobindo and the support of the Sri Vidya tradition.
Since 2010 she has shared the stage with Kirtan wallahs, Mike Cohen, David (Durga Das) Neuman, Dave Stringer, Guru Ganesha, Wha!, and many others at BhaktiFest Midwest, Serendipity Festival and the World Peace Jubilee. She composes mantra chants and leads Kirtan events from the Midwest to Hawaii, sharing her heart and passion for both music and devotion.
Her musical energy and melodic mantras are reviving, healing and inspiring.
