Yin Yoga and Sound Bath | St. Augustine
About this Event
🌙Yin Yoga & Sound Bath with Dani
Sunday, May 24th · 4:30pm · 90 minutes
This is not your typical yoga class. Dani — a certified yoga teacher and sound practitioner — weaves together the slow, intentional holds of yin yoga with the healing frequencies of live sound, creating an immersive experience where movement and sound work together in harmony.
As you sink into each pose, the gentle resonance of crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments washes over you — softening the body, quieting the mind, and guiding your nervous system into a place of deep calm and restoration.
Held in our dedicated sound healing studio at Safe & Sound Wellness, this is a space unlike any other.
What's included: ✦ Yoga mat, blanket & all props ✦ Complimentary herbal tea ✦ Complimentary onsite parking
No experience necessary — all levels welcome. Just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down.
