Gentle movements to explore and release tension in your body, promoting deep relaxation.
In this class, we stay in the poses longer and we are close to the ground. When we gain stillness in the different poses we allow our mind to unwind and our bodies to let go of our daily stressors. Yin Yoga is a still class, compared to for example Vinyasa yoga, and at first it might seem like not much is happening, but this is exactly what makes the practice a beautiful balance to our usually active state of being.
Everyone can join and the poses can be adjusted to different levels.
Live Sound Bath
During the practice of yin yoga and a 30 min long savasana we’re going to take you on a sound journey. It’s an experience where you are bathed in sound waves from singing bowls, chimes and bells. A journey inwards, where you don’t need to do much, just show up and allow the sounds waves surround and hold you. A Sound Bath offers many benefits for both mind and body. Harmonious vibrations help to reduce stress levels, promote relaxation, and enhance overall wellbeing.
Treat yourself with an evening of a gentle exploration of your body and mind with some gentle movements and completely surrender and relax into grounded, calm energy of sounds.

We have mats and blankets available
Please note: Absalon is a community house full of (audible) sounds of the community and also during our sound bath. We invite you to make these sounds part of your experience.
Tickets are non-refundable and can’t be changed to another date.
