Yin Yoga and EFT for Self Acceptance: Indoor Only

Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping), is a therapeutic tool that is often referred to as “psychological acupuncture without the needles.” It is a gentle method of reducing or eliminating emotional and physical distress by stimulating the relaxation of the body’s energy and autonomic response system. Adding Yin yoga into our regular yoga practice can have a profound effect on our emotional well-being.

Kaitlyn Nelson, LCSW, RYT-200, will guide a generous heart and lung yin sequence and incorporate EFT tapping to soothe your system and increase self-acceptance.

There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
