Joy St. John Johnson leads a class in YIN YOGA each week at Laughing Buddha Therapeutic Bodywork 5 pm Fridays.
Joy considers herself an amateur teacher but has been practicing YOGA for over 20 years.
This is a casual class of slow YIN YOGA that offers a restful awareness of the body with gentle stretches.
