This workshop offers you a chance to slow down, tune into your body and mind, and experience the profound effects of Yin Yoga. Yin invites us to stay in postures long enough to reach the deeper connective tissues—ligaments, tendons, fascia, cartilage, and even bone. Gently stressing these tissues can strengthen and revitalize them, leading to lasting physical and energetic transformation. In this workshop, we will cover the essentials of Yin Yoga, including Yin theory, Meridian Theory, the anatomy of connective tissues, the energetic body and meridians, entering and exiting postures safely, and sequencing fundamentals.
Participants will receive a comprehensive manual, Yin Yoga cards, and access to instructional videos for continued study. This workshop is open to both yoga instructors who wish to teach Yin and students looking to deepen their personal practice. No prior experience with Yin Yoga is necessary—just a willingness to explore and learn.
