Join us for an evening of song and dance. In this journey we will be exploring our masculine and feminine sides. Being playful in both aspects of our energies and finding the balance between the two. We will dance to a wide range of music styles. Music genres range from bass, house, tribal, funk, reggae, world beats, and medicine music. We will chant prayers and medicine songs exploring different pitches and tones in our voice and activating our throat chakra.We end with a nourishing cool down, and heart centered sound storm meditation.

Wear clothes that are comfortable to dance in. We go barefoot, bring socks to slide if you want.

There is parking all around the property, and we do recommend carpooling when possible. You may park in the parking lots next to the studio.

Your water bottle, a towel if you sweat easy, a yoga mat or cushion to lay on your back during meditation.
