Join Ohm instructors Jan Green & Gina Laureys as they lead you through a 90 minute yin yoga class, complete with live music provided by Jim Senderhauf & Gina Laureys.
Relax and rejuvenate in this slow paced and gentle practice designed to melt stress away and stretch stiffness in the body, while taking in the soothing, rhythmic sounds of live music.
They will also be offering the use of healing essential oils, gentle individual adjustments, and personal eye pillows to use during class that you can take home with you!
