Join Jocelyn for this 90 minute yin practice where we will use gentle movement, breath work, myofascial release and longer holds to work into the deep connective tissues of body. Moving through this practice will nourish, hydrate, and create resilience in the soft tissues of the low back and upper pelvis. Students will come away with a deeper understanding of their own anatomy and physiology, and hopefully a more mindful connection to this area of the body.$35 Registration
