Yin Soundbath
This class blends slow, passive Yin Yoga poses, held for several minutes at a time, with the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments. Yin Yoga gently targets the body’s deep connective tissues, encouraging flexibility, stillness, emotional release, and mindful awareness.
Throughout the practice, students are invited to soften into each posture, breathe through areas of tension, and explore their personal edge with compassion and presence. Guided meditation and grounding cues help quiet the mind and create space for deeper relaxation.
The experience concludes with an extended Savasana (“corpse pose”), where resonant sound healing washes over the body, calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and promoting profound rest and energetic balance.
