Yin Sing: A Three-Part Workshop Series in the Catacombs of NetoLed by Ally Smalley of The Resonant Voice, this unique workshop series blends yin yoga and mantra singing to cultivate deep rest, release, and vocal freedom.
Seasoned yin yoga instructor Bernie Clark reminds us, “Our culture is not overstressed, we are under-rested.” Through long-held postures and intentional vocalization, this practice invites you to soften, harmonize, and restore both body and mind. By pairing mantra singing with the stillness following each pose, we create potent moments of repose, vibrational healing, and nervous system restoration.
What to Expect in Each Session:
🌀 Opening Ritual – Meditation, breathwork, and mantra invocation to shift the nervous system and set the tone.
🎶 Vocal Activation – Guided vocal technique and mantra application to empower and clarify your voice.
🌙 Yin Yoga & Mantra Rebounds – A yin practice with mantra singing during counterposes to deepen release and vocal freedom.
