Price $55 per person This 2-hour practice will help you physically and emotionally release the month past and prepare you for the month ahead. Radiate instructor Melody Hopkins will lead a Yin/ Restorative practice in the first hour to ease your mind and body into a welcome state of relaxation through long holds, deep stretches and mindful breath work. Laura Benson will lead an immersive sound healing experience in the second hour of practice. Laura uses intentional frequencies and instruments to create a restful musical journey that will calm your mind and nourish your body.
