Are you looking for a way to get away from your busy schedule and just relax? Maybe you're trying to extend your vacation or have a mini-retreat. Enjoy this 90-minute restorative class that will focus on opening your chest and hips, while grounding you through a variety of poses that allow you to let go of the stresses your body is carrying. Whether this is your first restorative class or you are a regular to the practice this class is designed for you to get the most out of your time. Class will begin with some yin poses to bring our minds into our practice and then we will focus on ways to relax and be stress free while being in your regular routine.

Workshop fee $45. Class time 90 minutes. Sorry, no refunds. Cancellation greater than 24 hours prior to class can be applied to a future workshop.
