𑁍Yin Reset: A restorative afternoon of Yin Yoga and Reiki𑁍
Slow down, soften, and allow the body and mind to return to balance.
Yin Reset is a 75-minute restorative session combining gentle Yin Yoga with Reiki energy healing, designed to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for deep rest.
We begin with slow, supported Yin poses held for longer periods to allow the body to soften and the mind to settle. During the practice, Reiki is offered to support relaxation and energetic balance, helping the whole system unwind without effort.
This is a quiet, grounding session with plenty of time to rest, receive, and simply be.
No experience is needed, and all levels are welcome.
Simply come as you are and allow yourself to slow down.
What the session includes
🧘 Yin Yoga
A slow, floor-based practice where poses are held gently for longer periods of time.
Yin Yoga works with the deeper layers of the body, helping to release stiffness, improve mobility, and encourage the nervous system to relax.
🤲 Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing offered through light touch or working just above the body.
It supports relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural ability to restore itself, allowing you to simply lie back and receive.
After the practice
We will close the afternoon gently with tea, giving everyone time to land slowly, connect, and enjoy a moment of quiet community together.

About your facilitators
, founder of Fiery Hearts is a movement and wellbeing practitioner who weaves strength, rhythm, and deep connection into everything she shares. With her intuitive and welcoming approach, her gong baths provide a safe space for deep reflection, relaxation, and personal growth.
Junean is a Reiki practitioner with a gentle, grounded approach to energy healing. Her work focuses on creating safe and welcoming spaces where people can slow down, release tension, and return to a natural state of balance. Reiki is offered as a subtle, non-invasive practice that supports deep relaxation and overall wellbeing.
Together they create sessions that are calm, spacious and deeply restorative.
Scent Awareness
As part of the atmosphere, we may gently introduce natural scents through incense or essential oils in a diffuser. If scent is something you’re sensitive to, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll happily make adjustments.
