Yin Reiki and Sound Healing

Welcome to the Yin Reiki and Sound Healing event at jalaBlu Yoga! This transformative workshop will offer you the time and space to reset your nervous system, balance your energy, and cultivate more space in your physical body.

You will move through a series of supported Yin Yoga postures while Amy and Katie offer Reiki and sound healing to encourage both physical and energetic release.

This two-hour practice will blend yin postures with reiki, sound healing, meditation, and breathwork techniques. Expect to leave feeling spacious, balanced, and restored.
