Join us on Sunday February 23rd 2025 from 6:45 pm - 8:30 pm for a truly unique Yin Movement and Sound Bath experience at our Calgary showroom. Experience the serenity of our mattresses while taking a moment to pause reset and find calm. 

The experience will feature: 

• An introductory Yin Yoga session (slow stretching in a mostly supine position) on a carefully matched Black Sheep Mattress (no yoga mat required).
• A fully guided Sound Bath led by our partner Sacred Air designed to promote deep relaxation and restoration all atop your Black Sheep Mattress.  
• To close the evening on a sweet note tea and curated takeaway treats for you to enjoy.
