Hosted by the Boca Museum of Art and held in their beautiful Sculpture Garden, this special Yin Yoga experience invites you to slow down beneath the open sky. Leslie will guide a calming, grounding practice designed to help you unwind, soften tension, and reconnect with your breath.
Yin Yoga moves at a slower pace, with poses held longer to encourage deep relaxation and a sense of ease in both body and mind. The focus is not on how a pose looks, but on how it feels—supported, spacious, and accessible.
