All levels are welcome and encouraged here. Bring your mat, water, and an eye mask if you’d like. If you don’t have a mat, we are happy to provide one for you.

What is Yin Flow + Yoga Nidra?
Yin Flow is a slower paced style of yoga that combines a gentle flow of movements combined with static postures, or asanas, held for prolonged periods of time. During a posture, mild to moderate stress is applied to muscles and tendons of the body to aid in increased circulation, improved flexibility, and a calm nervous system.
Yoga Nidra, also known as “Yogic Sleep,” is a systematic meditation practice that is done in a comfortable, lying down position. During Yoga Nidra, the practitioner will be guided towards levels of consciousness often associated with the alpha brain state. In this state, one can tap into the subconscious mind to rewire old thought patterns and create new, empowering narratives. Benefits of Yoga Nidra include decreased stress and anxiety, improved sleep, increased levels of creativity, and even decreased symptoms of PTSD.
