Yin Class with Paris Yoga Club

Join us on the evening of Tuesday 18 June for a slow and restoritive yin practice to stimulate the subtle body and the deep connective tissues. Using lots of props and supports to allow the physical body to release, we will explore new found space within the body and the mind. Guided with a calming background of ambiant music and sounds to further melt into a state of deep relaxation.

This practice is open to everyone. All props and mats will be provided. Please wear lose, comfortable and warm clothes.
