Join Gitavali and Justin for a nourishing afternoon designed to uplift your spirit and gently ground your energy.
We’ll begin with a restorative Yin Yoga session guided by Gitavali, inviting your body to unwind and open. From there, we’ll share in a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, softening into connection and presence.
Justin will then lead the space into a multi-layered Sound Journey, weaving the healing vibrations of the didgeridoo, handpan, throat singing, chimes, Native American flutes, and medicine drum; a deep sonic immersion to rejuvenate your whole being.
We’ll close our circle with tea and nibbles, taking time to land gently and share reflections.
