Join us in collaborating to offer supported grounding for the physical body with an emphasis on opening more deeply in a safe container. In addition we will serve the energetic body with reiki healing and sound by Becki’s beautiful voice live.
Becki has a long history in the music industry. Her sound is powerful and her yoga assists are an amazing and a nurturing addition to the yoga poses.
Mercedes has been teaching yin yoga for 11 years and has been practicing reiki for just as long. In addition she teaches reiki trainings and is a seasoned educator.
