Join Justina each month for Yin & Yoga Nidra. Each month we'll enjoy a luxurious 75-minute themed yin practice followed by a complete 8-stage Yoga Nidra Meditation to help you flow with ease through the seasons.

Justina Gooden-Helton is RYT200 in Baptiste Power Yoga and has over 300 hours of training in Power Vinyasa. She holds certifications in Yin, Yoga Nidra, and the Functional Approach to Yoga practice.
