Join us for this blissfully relaxing Yin Yoga and meditation workshop celebrating the longest night of the year, the Winter Solstice. In Winter, nature invites us to slow down, reflect, and rest. We will honor this transition by tuning into the rhythms of the changing seasons and embracing the restorative energy of winter. Through yin yoga, gentle breathwork, body relaxation, and guided visualization, you will be encouraged to let go of the busyness of fall and prepare for the inward journey that winter offers. This class will focus on cultivating inner warmth, nurturing self-reflection, and finding peace in stillness.
This workshop features yin yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation. Experience how conscious breathing can deepen your meditation practice and lead to profound healing by releasing stress, finding emotional balance, and promoting personal growth. This practice is for everyone; no prior yoga, breathwork, or meditation experience is necessary. You can expect to be guided through gentle yoga poses with longer holds, breathing techniques, guided meditation including Yoga Nidra, and savasana. Come dressed for rest. Whether you're new to yoga and/or meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this class welcomes all levels and provides a sacred space for deep rest and rejuvenation.
