I invite you to recharge and reconnect with yourself to start your week in the best way possible. In my classes you will find a balanced combination of holding positions to breathe into each asana (Hatha style) and also using the breath to find your flow (Vinyasa style). So in this 90-minute class we will work with breathing and meditation techniques and from there we will start building different asanas. Sometimes embracing the present moment through stillness and sometimes through movement. One of my passions is to show you that everybody can do yoga. You don't need to be flexible or strong to join. That comes with time and consistency. There are always variations and different ways to approach the practice in general and every asana in particular. There are as many different Yogas styles as people in the room.
