We focus on the health and flexibility of joints, deep tissue, and ligaments, and the balance of the subtle body.
Through the power of deep yin stretches, breathwork, and a touch of Restorative yoga techniques, we harness the benefits of each pose to flow freely throughout the body.
The use of props allows yogis to let go and welcome blissful tranquility.
